Vegetables in the pan

So I am back in Rothesay, although technically we now live is Quispam. Anyway, apprently the new arrangement here is now I cook all the family meals, Zane does garbage and Denise does the dishes. So this works for me, and everyone will be eating Vegan, I suspect loads of annoyance with Denise's refusal to try new things, but I am going to remain optimistic.

Now that school is over I am going to make an effort to post about all the residence cooking I did and I will try to keep a log of how this new cooking arrangement goes, so sorry for the lack of updates and long introduction.

Cooking the Vegetables

I just got in and Zane asked for Spaghetti, nothing fancy just some diced fried vegetables in a spicy tomato sauce. I had a pound of spinach left over form what Blake gave me before I left so I sliced it small and cooked it down into the sauce (this kid eats worst than I do, so some greens will do him good).

This dish's vegetables include 1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 1 pound spinach, two hand fulls of diced green and red capsicums. Spice with some ground pepper, paprika and nooch.

Cooking Sauce
After the vegetables cook add the sauce (yeah I know, I used jarred so sue) cook until bubbly. Once your pasta is done combine and serve.

Enjoy
